We would like to take this moment to sincerely thank each and every volunteer with Kingston Street Mission, the many people who have been bringing in donations, those who have held or participated in fundraisers for us, and those who have been providing their skills, talents, and support, to make 2018 the best year ever! We are looking forward to partnering with everyone for 2019 to make it "better than best!" Thank you as well to everyone who has extended support throughout January and February 2019, it has been a great start to the new year! The best year for us will be when homelessness is a thing of the past and the word poverty is no longer a part of our vocabulary! Until then, the community support, musical and other fundraisers, keep us stocked to supply our guests with what they need to survive another day. May 2019 bring amazing blessings, health, happiness and hope!

Marilyn McLean (Chair) spent the day at the Sunday Market located at the Memorial Centre, on July 24th, running a booth about the Kingston Street Mission. It was a good day of sharing information about the Mission, and $102.00 was raised via the donation jar. Thank you to all those who stopped by, donated, and spread the word about the information booth! Your support is greatly appreciated!

Thank you to Shiloh Holiness church in Ottawa, and board members, for their generous donation of $500.00! This is greatly appreciated and we are so excited to have received this! It will be extremely helpful in the upcoming season. Marilyn McLean recently travelled to Ottawa to attend a church service at Shiloh Holiness church and spoke to the congregation about the Kingston Street Mission.
